- Long-Distance Trips: For areas outside Kuala Lumpur, Selangor And Seremban additional charges will apply based on the distance.
- Hourly Rates: Chauffeur services within KL/Selangor start from RM80/hour (minimum 3 hours).
- Airport Transfer: Airport pick-up or drop-off starting from RM200.

Step 3: Get Your Quote
We’ll provide you with a personalized quote based on your selected vehicle, destination, and duration of service. All prices are inclusive of fuel and toll charges, so there are no hidden fees.
Step 4: Confirm Your Booking
After reviewing your quote, simply confirm your booking by providing your details, such as name, contact number, and any special requests.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.

On your scheduled day, our professional driver will arrive at your location on time, ensuring you enjoy a comfortable, safe, and hassle-free journey.
Required Documents for Our Chauffeur Service
To facilitate a seamless chauffeur service experience, we kindly ask that you provide the following documents:
- Copy of Identification Card (IC) A copy of the passenger’s identification card/Passport for identity verification.
- Copy of Driver’s License A valid driver’s license if the service includes self-driving options or if the passenger is the primary contact.
- Copy of Student ID (If Applicable) For student passengers, a copy of the student ID is required. For Self Drive Rental Only
- Utility Bill (TNB, Water, Astro, etc.) A recent utility bill to verify the residential address of the passenger. (Malaysian)
- Payslip or SSM (For Self-Employed/Unemployed Individuals) A recent payslip or a copy of the SSM registration for those who are self-employed or unemployed.(Malaysian)
- Return Ticket A copy of the return ticket to confirm travel plans and assist in scheduling your service.
Things You Need to Know
Here are the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) you should be aware of for vehicle rental with Darul Naim Transport:
- Free Vehicle Delivery Complimentary vehicle delivery is available for rentals of 3 days or more within the Shah Alam and Subang Jaya areas.
- A delivery fee will be applied for locations outside Shah Alam and Subang Jaya, calculated based on the distance from our management office.
- For MPV rentals, a delivery fee of RM100 will be charged for locations beyond Shah Alam and Subang Jaya.
- Vehicles can be picked up at designated locations provided by us within Shah Alam and Subang Jaya.
- It is mandatory to take photographs of the vehicle from all angles upon pick-up. These images must be sent via WhatsApp to Darul Naim Transport for documentation and reference purposes.
